1998 Buick Century 200000 miles

My buick will not crank..it doesnt even try too it just clicks i guess u could say. I thought it was the battery because even tho the car didnt crank everything still worked the lights, radio, locks etc. I took the battery to discount auto part, the said the battery wasnt any good. So i brought another one put it in and car still isnt cranking. So do you think it might be the started or the alternator?

Hello, is this an automatic? Have you tried cranking in neutral? Can you hear the crank relay clicking? The battery has a full charge and the cables are ok?
