1994 Buick Century won't start

have 3.1 v-6,just rebuilt heads,..blew a head gasket- water in oil..back together just won't start? what can i do?

Did you position piston no.1 on its compression stroke/TDC and align cam and crank markings correctly-

Also are you getting the corrrect fuel pressure and a snapping blue spark??
