1994 Buick Century fuses

i just bought a 1994 buick century. it didn't come with a book. first, where can i get one, and second i think a fuse went that controls the electric windows but i don't know which one to change, can you help me please?

Get a Haynes repair manual at any auto parts store, which would serve you better than the owner's manual anyway. The window fuse will probably be labeled WDO. It's a big silver colored one, 30 amp.
