Buick, Century Custom, 1993, 75K miles, 3.3 engine, 4 Door, Auto Trans

Hi,
I bought my Century a little over a month ago. Within the first 2 weeks, it would not start on the first try and I would have to wait up to 20 minutes until it would. It cranks fine but will not turn over. It does not happen everytime and I can find no pattern as to the cause. My engine light is not on, nor are any others. I took it to the shop and they replaced the Engine Control Module. It didn't fix the problem so they took it back in and tried grounding all the wires. That hasn't helped as of yet. Any ideas? I have great fuel pressure and they told me the problem was electrical. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

First you should check and see if you're getting spark. Remove one of the spark plug wires and crank the engine, if you don't hear or see a spark coming from the coil then I would suspect a faulty crank sensor

I have been told that I am not getting a spark. I have also heard from more than 1 person that it could be the crank sensor. I dropped it off this morning (the third time) and asked the mecanic to try a new crank sensor. We'll keep our fingers crossed. Thanks for replying!!
