I currrently drive a 1993 buick century, v6, 3 speed automatic with almost 167000 miles on it. The car runs well but I get an intermittent check engine light that codes out to 26, 27 and 28 which either refers to transmission sensors or the quad driver module. The car shifts fine so I'm leaning toward the quad driver module, but cannot find out what it is. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi there,

Thank you for you donation.

I did a bit of research and came up with the quad drive module is in the PCM which controls several components such as a boost control solenoid, evap purge valve and the TCC solenoid in the transmission.
I hope that this is of help to you.
