Last night I tried jump starting my neighbors car. After sitting there for about 15 minutes my car chugged and died. Now it won't start. I notice that when I turn the key I can not hear the fuel pump priming the line. I even had my wife come out and turn the key so I could stand in the back and still couldn't hear it. What do you think the problem is? Thanks.

I'd make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good. Then I would check circuits at the fuel pump relay. The relay should be located, underhood, passenger side front, the relay closest to the radiator, if in doubt, match the wiring colors to the wiring diagram. There should also be a fuel pump prime connector, underhood, driverside firewall, at the wiring harness, between the master cylinder and fender. Red wire with electrical connector, nothing plugged into it, shouldn't be hidden. If you use a jumper wire from battery positive to connector, the pump should run, you don't have to use the key. Use an inline fuse on the jumper.
