Engine stalls when warmed up. Sometimes I can drive for an hour sometimes I can drive for 5 mins. If you let it sit it and cool off it will start back up. We have changed the throttle position sensor, the airfilter, the engine controll module. It does have a warning when it stalls it as smooth as it could be then just stalls
Please help

Hello, when it refuses to restart, do some of the basic tests. Have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs and injector pulse. Also check for codes.

Mine did this. When the car would reach operating temperature, it would stall. When it cooled down it would start again. My problem turned out to be the Crankshaft Position sensor. I couldn't do that myself because there is some programming or reset that you need. When I looked it up, it seems to need certain tools I would probably never use again. Hello mechanic. I hope you can do better. Diagnostics- $100.00, repair- $200.00= $300.00. I also changed the coolant temperature sensor. It is super cheap and easy to get to and just screw it in. I do need to change the throttle position sensor. Engine races when idle.
