1990 Buick Century car will not turn over

i reciently replaced the bottom crank pulley,the car sat for 4 months unused without being started. After replaceing the pulley, the car WILL NOT start. I went out and bought starter spray and sprayed it in throat of the air intake hopeing that it would help it to fire up, but still it wont start. Motor spins and starter works perfectly! I checked for spark and spark is strong. if you have spark and fuel pump working and have fuel pressure
try this check the plugs and or start with a full and charged battery
hold gas pedal down to the floor and try to start

did you check the spark plugs
may be you should replace them
and let me know
