The front passenger and back passenger window will not roll down. New battery if that helps. I have gotten the front window to roll down once when we were working under the hood. It rolled up with out a problem but wont go back down. The main switches on the driver's side have all four window controls and neither that nor the single switches on the non-working windows work. I have never had a problem with the driver's or back right passenger's windows. I've tried to get behind the door panels to see if there was anything going on but I can't get the panels off. Any ideas?

You might be able to access wires, hinge side of passenger side door? There may be a protective covering, rubber boot, sometimes you can pull the boot back far enough to access wires. Pink wire is voltage, goes hot when you turn on the key. If you use the switch in the driver door, those other two wires, one on each side of the pink wire, are grounds, one ground for up and the other down, those two wires go to the master switch. The way the master switch controls the passenger window is a little different. I can't help you with the door panel, I always break something.
