Interior problem
1989 Buick Century 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120K miles

DRIVING DOWN ROAD RADIO WENT OFF THE AIR,
STOPPED, TURNED CAR OFF AND CLOCK AND RADIO WENT DEAD, NO DISPLAY, ARRIVING AT WORK I FIND THAT THE FOLLOWING DO NOT WORK ALSO,
HORN, PWR LOCKS, INTERIOR LIGHTS, & CIG LIGHTER. CKD THE FUSES AND ALL NONE ARE BLOWN IN FUSE PANEL IN GLOVE BOX, WHERE DO I GO NEXT?

I hope you got it fixed by now.

When you check a fuse, you also have to check that the circuit, where the fuse plugs-in, is hot, when it is supposed to be. The top of the fuse usually has a bare spot over each leg, you can use a testlite there, so you don't have to unplug the fuse.

You might also check the battery, clean the cables on both ends. Any smaller wires coming off the battery posts, clean them also. One of the smaller wire/s that come off the positive battery post, should go to a junction block. I believe most of the circuits your having problems with, get their feed from that junction block, do some testing there.
