Smells problem
1986 Buick Century Engine Size unknown Front Wheel Drive Automatic 94000 miles

I took my car to get its safety & emissions test today. The guy at the shop said that I had a radiator leak & a fuel leak. I figured it must be ture, because he showed me where the coolant was leaking out of the car & I had been smelling gas fumes for a couple of weeks & didn't think anything of it.
my question is: how much can I expect to pay to fix these things? I am a student & so i'm on a fixed budget & I need to be able to get the money together asap, since I have to get it registered by the end of march.
if you could just give me a rough estimate & maybe refer me to some sites for parts info so I don't get shady treatment, i'd like to be as well informed about this as possible before I go get it fixed.
thanks for your time!

The ride is 20 yrs. old, for the love of Pete. Go to a construction site and ask for a stick of dynamite.
