I have checked all under dash no wires I can find burned.
The fuse on the brake light light’s up never seen anything like that before and fuse is still good
I rest the computer on it today. The light on the dash wrench went off but came back on again 2 hours.
When I have the parking brake on the light on dash no longer comes on.
I have unplugged wires on parking and shifter and still the brake lights are on.
Do you think it’s the computer?
Me, I don’t believe it is and it’s that a lot of money if I don’t know for sure.
Running the codes on it tonight went code reader get here.
The horn and brake light were on the same fuse but now they are on two different fuse. Before if the horn sounded brake light fuse was not blown out don’t understand that. Waiting to hear from you and thanks.

Hello,

This could be due to a shorted out brake light switch.
The brake light switch is located under the brake pedal. When the pedal is pressed the switch gets activated and all the brake lights come on.
It is possible that the switch is stuck in the 'on' position.

Checking the brake light switch is a good first step.

I have attached diagrams below for your reference.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.

New brake light switch checked no short going to shifter. Now I don’t have brake lights. Power going to brake light switch and shifter signal and running light work bulbs are all new and fuses are good.

After all this no power is going to the brake light switch when the key is off. With the key on I have brake lights. So, after running wire’s down looking it all up on Alldata it turns out to be directional switch under steering wheel run the brake lights through the signal light. Repaired, thank God.
