HI GUYS,
I USED TO HAVE: P0171/P0174 WHICH ARE LEAN CONDITION, BUT RIGHT AFTER I CHANGED MY (FUEL FILTER TO A BRAND NEW ONE, I CLEARED THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT AND AFTER DRIVING A FEW MILES LATER, SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT COME BACK WITH: P1158/P1160 NOW.

your new codes are O2 sensors Rich to Lean, most likely occurred after you change your fuel filter, erase the codes and try again

All O2 sensors have been replaced less than 5 months ago. how could they be already go so bad?

I don't think they have gone bad, what kind of fuel do you use? have you put in any fuel additives?
