2004 BMW X3 Wiper Sprayers
Engine Mechanical problem
2004 BMW X3 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 98000 miles
My front wiper sprayers stopped working. Here are the steps I have taken.
1. Reservoir is full.
2. Rear Wiper Sprayer works fine.
3. Checked fuses, all good.
4. Removed reservoir, checked connections.
5. Removed hoses from pump motors (I think) and nothing comes out. However the rear works.
6. Not sure how to proceed.
I think I checked the right fuses but the bmw names do not include what I expected. I checked the fuses for the windscreen wiping system which I think should include the right things.

Here are some possibilities, the pump is no good, the grommet/screen at the pump/reservoir interface is blocked, the nozzles are blocked, the piping is blocked or broken. I think the pump motor is the culprit here, as they do have a fairly high failure rate, and I have given you some other things to look for, is there anything else?
