1990 BMW 750Li how to remove battery

1990 BMW 750Li V12 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 140000 miles
I heard my battery is located beneath the rear seat but i have no idea how to get to it or remove the seat and battery. Can you help me with this dilemma?

that may be a little difficult, there is a lever on the passenger side rear seat just underneath the seat cushion that you moved to unlock the seat, once you have raised the front of the seat you will need to disconnect the wiring harness, and remove the 17mm to remove the seat belt and then you can get to seat out of your way.
