HOW CAN I ENTER THE TRUNK FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CAR

You'll have to remove the back-rest of the rear seat and crawl through.

Then your trunk latch may be equipped with a release cable. If not, then you'll need a srewdriver to insert inside the latch and trip the mechanism.

It's too hard to explain without an illustration, which I don't have. But you'll see a small opening that shows the latch's mechanism. Just insert the flathead screwdriver and twist.

I'm having the exact same issue and/or thoughts. I'm hoping that the original poster will respond with success details if you haven't heard directly from them. Can not open the trunk with either button or key. The motors are running (including hydraulics). You can hear them and see the trunk "moving" a little. When attempting to use the key, nothing happens. Can't feel anything when turning the key where as I used to "feel" the mechanisms(s).
