1995 BMW 740 Car won't start

I recently had my 740il painted and when it was done (about 6 weeks later) I went to pick it up and the battery was dead and the car wouldn't start. I jumped the car and it will turn over but will still not start. I fully re-charged the battery and the car will turn over but will not start. I checked the fuel pump and when I jump the relay the fuel pump works but the car still won't start. What are the possible solutions??
