1985 BMW 735 heater blower not working

There is no power to the heater control. I jumpered the blower motor, works fine. The fuse has power, but nothing to controller.

The heater controls are probably going to need replacement. The E23 bodystyle had an antiquated design and it can be quite expensive to replace those parts due to the age of the car and the fact that BMW has gone NLA on most of those parts. 64-11-1-368-463 and 64-11-1-368-467 are the culprits here. I hope you can find replacement parts my friend. Try (619)444-2290 and talk to John, he may have a line on the parts you seek.

I tried an alternate known good controller, still didn't work. There is power to the blower motor, but no ground
