Burning antifreeze
Engine Cooling problem
1999 BMW 540 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 118000 miles
My car is burning antifreeze but nothing is on on the ground. I have to add coolant at least once a week because it keep saying check coolant level. Is it possible I need to replace the radiator top because of evacuation? I have a new water pump and thermostat. Please assist if possible.
I'm sorry I forgot to mention I had a pressure test performed and nothing wrong showed during the test. I've also had my oil ring and gaskets recently replaced because of white exhaust smoke.

I recommend starting with a pressure test for the cooling system and you can then see where the coolant is escaping to. The radiator in your car should only last for about 6 or 7 years and at the mileage you quoted, I think it's possible that the cooling system will require some attention.
