I had a fualty fuel pump, changed it out, and I have tested the fuel lines to the fuel rail. I recive gas to the fuel rail, car cranks but will not turn over. How can I check if the fuel is passing through the injectors or, if the fuel pressure regulator is fualty?

Test the fuel pressure at the line going into the fuel rail. Use a noid light to see if there is a injection signal.

I am having the same problem I suspect. Fuel goes to the injectors but does not get injected into the engine as a result I am not getting a spark too.I have noticed my coolant sensor was damaged and I am waiting for the replacement, have you looked at yours?
