Window motor

Does anybody have specific intsruction for replacing a drivers door window motor? Basically, with the window going down, is perfect, yet with it going back up, it's slow. I can only assume the cause of this is the motor. The problem with the front pass door, is that when the window goes down, there is this clicking noise. My assumption is that it is due to either the window being off track and/or the window regulator is damaged. I really don't want to spend 400 a door to have someone do these jobs... Any suggestions and procedures for doing this?

The window motor is not the problem.
The window regulator is the issue.
Replacing the regulator is something you may wish to have a professional take care of.
Also please read the request at the beginning of
this forum to list the year make and model of the
vehicle you need help with.
