I have 2 codes that are the same P111f & P0070. Air temp sensor. The problem is that this car does not require this part. It has a dummy hole where the part should go.

I am trying to get this car to pass emissions testing but from what I have researched on this car, it is not even supposed to have this part. So how do I get the car to pass emissions if the part is not even supposed to be on it. I have reset the computer and the check engine light keeps coming on. Ive also went and gotten the p111f part to put in but there is a dummy part in the hole where it goes and nowhere to plug the part in at. Also there is another error code that comes up. Ive been told this other code is the same thing or maybe to do with the wrong computer being in the car. The codes are P111f and P0070. I have tried everything I can think of, do you all have any suggestions for this problem.
