my car when I force it too much or when if I don't keep my rmp in around 2 and up my car starts like skipping like if the clutch was skipping but it only des it sometimes not all the time and this makes my car performance lowe.
what could this be?

From your description, it seems as if there could be some driveability issues but I would need more data to make a recommendation. Have a short test performed with the factory proprietary software and repost with your findings.
