2003 BMW 325 car wouldn't start

2003 BMW 325 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 55000 miles

It was one in while now just died. Crank is working but was told no spark. Possible problem is cranck sensor, but still not working.
Any idea?

It could be the EWS will require realignment.

My mechanic called today with report that I need EWS moduel w/ new keys. Apparently, car doesn't want to start thinking that someone trying to still it. I'm waiting for part

You dont need new keys, just a new EWS module and then the keys can be initialized to it.
