I was driving on highway all of a sudden my rpm went up no matter how I pressed the gas pedal my car does not go no where. Now my car still starts but when I put it on gear it does not run.

The 323 was notorious for bad automatic transmissions. Having a BMW knowledgeable technician check the transmission and for faults set in the EGS would be something to consider.
