Hi There,

My car is giving me a real headache.I unlock the car to get in and go to start it and I get nothing.I can hear the fuel pump working and other noises but it still wont start.I think it may be the immoblizer but then I have been sat there over half an hour and then all of a sudden its fired into life. What is going on?I cant start the car to take it anywhere unless I wait 30 mins.
Please Help.

A system check with the proprietary BMW software (GT-1) would seem to be the thing to have performed straightaway, the results will determine the course of correction.

I recommend seeking a local independent BMW service facility, the dealer is not usually staffed to service the older cars and I have issues with the level of service available at most dealerships.
