Engine Mechanical problem
2002 BMW 318 Automatic

My car starts well but when there is traffic jam or moving slowly, it stalls. I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes and will start again. Sometimes it starts and other times, does not start at all. After a day or so, it will start again. What can be the issue? I have replaced the fuel filter already.

From your description, it could be most anything. It is difficult to diagnose from cyberspace with so little to go on. Try seeking out a local BMW tech or give me something more to go on, like what the fuel pressure is or the readout from a short test or all that has been done to the car or what has been tried. It could also be something like the tank vent valve could be in need of replacement or a faulty sensor or air mass meter. Ã â Â
