Blown head gasket

I have a blown head gasket in my car and I was wondering if I get a bottle of Bar's gasket fix and add it to my car if I would be able to drive my car 60 miles away to another town?

Good morning,

No, that stuff will not work. There is no additive that works for a blown head gasket.

You would need to have it towed.
