I replaced the transmission on my 1998 audi a8 Quattro, new neutral safety switch, new starter, If I turn on the key and go to the starter and jump it, FIRES RIGHT UP, but from the key. Nothing. The power wire for the solenoid. Nothing. Maybe a Relay. Help

My references Mit1 and Alldata gives me the same location for the starting relay both for A8 and A8 Quattro

Also there's no neutral safety switch for both-The starting circuit starts at the ignition switch then thru the starting relay and straight to the starter-after the central locking and alarm system/interior light delay module located left side of luggage compartment near wheelwell grounds the starting relay to complete the starting circuit.
