1998 Other Audi Models replace battery and will not turn ove

Just replace battery on what I thought was dead battery but still will not turn over. Does nothing dead as a doornail...

Hi there, Do you have dash light coming on? if so you will have to check for 12V at the main starter cable and 12 V at the solenoid wire with the key on crank, if that is ok, the starter ids faulty.
