My barttery has gone dead on me twice and besides losing my radio, when I jump start the car the sunroof goes to full open and will not close. Last time I took this to the dealer and they said they needed to reset the motor under the front ceiling compatmenrt for the controls for the sunroof and interrior lights.

Can you please forward me the procedure for doing thiis so I do not need to go back to the dealer again.L I have the instructions for reprogarmming the radio.

Thank you.

I am finally getting around to the repair of my sunroof that I sent you back in aoril. The information sent is vague if yu read yourself. I see no help in accomplishing what Audi told me at the time versus what yuou sent.
