In engine compartment find Power Distribution Center should be a large terminal with red cables attached. Put POS jumper cable there and NEG to block this will power up car and get trunk open

the fob key or valet key should open the trunk hood...w/the key...simply push the button inward to the bottom...then turn the key (I don't remember which way...my Audi is away from the home now)...the trunk hood should "pop" open !!!
