Just changed the battery and now the stereo won't play and says "SAFE" on the display, how can I fix this?

IF YOU CAN NOT FIND THE CODE FOR YOUR STEREO IN THE OWNERS BOOK, PULL THE STEREO OUT AND THE FOUR DIGIT CODE SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN INK ON THE TOP, AS MINE WAS, YOU ONLY HAVE TO CHANCES TO ENTER THE CODE, IF YOU FAIL YOU WILL HAVE TO LEVE THE INGNITION TURNED ON FOR ONE HOUR BEFOR YOU TRY AGAIN, THER ARE SIGHTS TELLING YOU HOW TO INPUT THE CODE FOR YOUR TYPE OF STEREO, BUT NEVER TELL YOU WERE THE CODE IS, I HOPE THIS HELPS
