I just had a recommendation from Audi dealer to replace "both outer tie-rod ends and alignment" at an estimated cost of $600. This seems kind of high doen't it? Thanks

This sounds extraordinary high, i would ask your local mechanic to do the job, it is a very simple task to replace tie rod ends do an alignment.
