Am I missing something here?

I got this diagram of the dlc1 and I noticed I didn’t have #1fp, #4 ox1 #13 vf1 # 14 vf2 #15 ox2 #17 TT and there was one in #21 which the diagram shows nothing supposed to be. What would this cause or in any case affect the vehicle?

Your truck has 2 diagnostic ports. There is the one under the hood that you show and the one under the dash that allows a scan tool to talk to the ECU. The one under the hood connects to the Transmission, ABS and Cruise control. To diagnose problems, you need a scan tool that can connect to both connections as needed. The "missing" pins are now accessed through the under dash ALDLs like to the ECU.
