I have a new battery, and new alternator, but the battery keeps draining. I was told that the alternator is not kicking out any voltage to the battery. Also, windows do not roll up or down. I am thinking I have some electrical problems some where but do not know were to start.

Good morning.

Can you check the voltage at the battery with the engine running?

Yes I can, but when I am getting it checked they say the battery not charging. Battery will drain after two or three days.

Okay, can you tell me the voltage reading at the battery engine running after you charge it? Look for 14 to 14.5 volts. If you do not, check the heavy wire at the back of the alternator for battery voltage.
