Hello, First time here so thanks in advance.
I drive a 1986 SAAB 900. It is not a turbo. It has roughly 200,000 miles. It is a standard, 5 speed. 2door hatchback. I do not know the engine size, sry.
Recently I went to drive my car and the clutch went right to the floor and did not operate. I checked the brake fluid level and it was low. I am told that the resevior for the clutch and brakes are the same for this vehicle. I added fluid and it seemed fine for about a day. Same thing happened. I blead the brake system and again it was fine for about 30 miles or so. Is there some way to seal the leak without major repair? I believe I am getting air from somewhere. I was also told to treat the brake system with dot 5 brake fluid as this may seal or refurbish some dry parts (possibly the cause). Any info would help Thanks.
Donation; I am not able to donate financially but would be more than happy to advertise you guys in a poker publication I produce. Please forward any artwok or advertisement I can use for this. NO CHARGE. This publication is seen by about 2000 people in the Denver Metro Area.
Thanks again.

I had the same problem with my Mustang and after changing the entire exhaust system, wires, plugs, & (both) fuel filters. the problem turned out to be the MAF sensor. My husband had unplugged the sensor while the car was running and it made no difference in the way the car was running. I don't know if that could help but maybe lead you in the right direction
