I have a 1993 honda civic EX it has the D16Z6 motor in it with 177,000 miles on it and recently I started hearing a ticking sound under the valve cover so I pulled the cover of and adjusted all the rocker arms to 6 thousnads of an inch then I relized the the timing was off by 2 teeth so I put it back in time and now that it starts up I hear a horrible knocking sound anyone have any ideas :(

You could have bent a pushrod. Loosen the valves a little to where they were before and check for knocks. You could have bent a pushrod or caused other internal damage.
