1997 All Other Makes All Other Models Repair Question

97 Eclipse
My oil dipstick smells like gasoline and i think it has to due with my friend damaging the spark plug input when he was replacing them...
Has anyone encountered with this before... anybody have an idea what im looking at in repair costs?

it's a 97 mitsubishi eclipse turbo 2.0 and for some reason the car would not start when i turn the key for the ignition i checked all my fuses and nothing the starter doesn't even do nothing,it doesn't turn or click....please if anybody knows anything let me know.....
