95 Lumina Transmission shudders

My 95 Lumina with 178K miles has started shuddering when I come out of a corner or when trying to stop. If I pop into nuetral it stops shuddering. Then I shift back into drive. This happens especailly after the motor warms up and not all the time. Any clues- maybe the solinoid is sticking in the tranny?

Possibly a clogged tranny filter. Try changing the fluid

Torque Converter Lock Up Solinoid overheated and ceasing locked up.
Gotta go to the shop.
