95 Lumina 3.1 Wont Start. Tried almost EVERYTHING!

I have a 95 lumina 3.1 engine and a whole bunch of new parts in the engine due to the fact of hit and miss repairing to fix this unknown problem. The car ran good for a few days and the next day it refused to start. It cranks and just will not turn over. The car dose run sometimes when it wants to but rairly happens. I dont have spark or fuel I have noticed when the car wont turn over. I was wondering if the Crankshaft Position Sensor could be the reason for all this? Last hope here I have checked the engine top to bottom and found nothing wrong. Would that sensor melfunctioning casue me to get no gas (there is how ever fuel presure) threw the injectors? And also cause no spark to take place? I really need help with this I am out of ideas and almost out of money, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for the help!

WE JUST HAD TE SAME PROBLEM WITH ARES AND WE TOOK IT TO A SHOP IT WAS THE CRANKSHAFT SENSER AND THE CRANKSHAFT FUESS AND KNOW IT RUNS GREAT

Where is that fuse do you know? I cant find it in all 3 fuse boxes? Thanks for the reply how ever!
