94 Civic hb acceleration problems

My 94 civic takes off just fine when the engine is cold, but when it gets up to normal operating temp. The engine stumbles and it is hard to accelerate. What could it be??

My car does the same thing I have a 91 Acura Integra. My mechanic said I need to check my fuel injection out.
