94 4Runner won't start

My 94 4runner has 180,000 miles and is in good condition. I have a full tank of gas and am in between oil changes. My car won't start. The battery is fine-radio and all lights work. When I turn my key, the engine sounds like it will start, but does not kick in. Is this my starter, or could it possibly need a new oil change?
any help is appreciated!

Believe me an oil change won't do it. What engine do you have? If it a V6 3.0 then the attached might be of some use.

Toyota starters have a replacable starter contactor. Remove the starter and replace the contactor assembly. (On top of the starter about $25) If the starter has never been off it is a bear to loosen the starter bolts. Once they are loose the unscew by hand. Good luck
