2009 Questions for all other cars AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FAI

Wr are received a complain of a automatic transmission gear box failure. Model-Mahindra Scorpio-VLX 2.2 (Automatic). Customer complain is-Customer hit the car & broken the oil cooler of said vehicle and gear oil leakage. After that the customer found there is a burn smale inside the vehicle & pickup is very poor. Then customer come to our dealer. When we inform in our companey engg. Regarding the vehicle problem then they suggest us automatic transmission is not repairable.
Now Iplease let me know the automatic transmission is repairable or not?
