2007 Questions for all other cars 6 cyl Manual 49000 miles

my car started making a screeching noise from the front left wheel only when im turning left and if im turning left from a stop position it doesnt do it. I am very worried and would appreciate your advise as I have children in the car regularly. It is quite a loud noise but when I take it easy when turning left its not as loud. Thank you.
