2001 Questions for all other cars Engine hasno powert

I have a 2001 International 4700 box truck with a T444E engine. The engine is making no power. I've change the fuel filter and checked all the turbo hoses for leaks and found none. The engine starts fine, idles fine but when you give it gas to the floor, it moves, but not like it used to. Drobs to 45 mph on hwy with a slight incline. Just noooo power.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check the air filter, you didn't mention that, and check the exhaust system, sometimes the mufflers will plug, or collapse internally. Also you could have a shop, or maybe a parts store put it on a scanner for you.
