2000 Intrepid EGR valve
Where exactly is the egr valve in the 2000 intrepid? Do I have to take off the manifold? I believe it to be under the pcv valve but not sure.

It is on the right side manifold. Remove the air intake plenum and the air filter housing to gain access to the EGR valve and tube.
