Can you please help me locate the fuel filter in my 2000 E-350 van?

They are usually mounted inside a frame rail underneath the vehicle to protect it form being damaged. Crawl under the van, and follow the fuel lines, you should find it. Or you can buy a chiltons or haynes manual, it will tell you. They are always good to have around.
