Hi anguswamy,
The AC drain pipe is for draining condensation water from the cooling coil and this is normal for AC operations.
It should not be coolant as the heater core is away from the cooling coil housing and coolant would not get to it. Futrther to it, if it is coolant, you would have coolant losses and the leak would occur no matter if you turn on the AC/heater or not.
