I have a 1998 F150 4x4 4.6 Triton V8 with 104,000 miles on it. I recently started getting the error code of Cylinder 2&5 misfire. I have replaced the plugs (correct gap) I have replaced the wires and now I have replaced the coils.
I cleared the misfire code, but alas the truck is bucking and the code is back but only showing cylinder 2 misfire. I am usure as to where to go next with this issue. I have verified that all of the wires and connectors are properly seated.
What is your recommendation for the next troubleshooting step? Can this error code come from an obstructed injector?

That code could easily come from a plugged injector. I'd (1. Check to make sure spark is actually reaching the spark plug (2. Check to make sure the injector isn't partially or completely plugged (3. And I would also check compression on not only that cylinder, but all of them for a comparison. Let us know.
